Shiv Subramaniam, the well-known actor, and writer who performed in the film 2 States as actress Alia Bhat father died in Mumbai last night (Sunday, 10th April). Sanya Malhotra’s on-screen father was played by him in Meenakshi Sundareshwar. While the cause of death is uncertain, a statement released on Twitter by filmmaker Hansal Mehta notes that the funeral took place on Monday morning in Mumbai.

Filmmaker Hansal Mehta used his Instagram account to express his condolences for Shiv Subramaniam’s death and to post information about his funeral. Subrahmaniam’s cremation ritual was scheduled to begin at 11 a.m., according to his post.
“The cremation will depart from Shishira, Yamuna Nagar, Lokhandwala Back road, Andheri West at 10 a.m. on 11.04.2022,” Hansal stated in his post. At 11 a.m., the body will be cremated at Mokshdham Hindu Shamshanbhoomi, Ceasar Rd, Amboli, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400058.
Fans hastened to the comment board when Mehta uploaded the post, paying gratitude to the actor. Nikkhil Advani, a director, responded with a broken heart emoji in response to his sudden death. At this time, the reason for death remained unclear.
