The central government has also introduced an app that can help to gear up the third phase of vaccination. The citizens who want to get the covid-19 vaccination can register at the government website from 4 p.m. today.

Covid-19 Vaccination On CoWin 

The Aarogya Setu tweeted that registration for people above the age of 18 will begin on 28th April at 4:00 p.m. on http://cowin.gov.in, Aarogya Setu App & UMANG App. Appointments can be booked at State Government centers or private hospitals depending on how many vaccination centers are finally daily by 1st May. It seems to be a welcoming way of getting the covid-19 vaccination since it will be transparent. It can help to control the coronavirus pandemic.

How To Get Registered Through The Cowin Portal

The following steps can help you to get registered for the covid-19 vaccination through Cowin Portal.

  1. You have to log in to www.cowin.gov.in.
  2. Enter your mobile number.
  3. You will receive an OTP to create your account. 
  4. After using the OTP, you have to click on the verify button.
  5. You will be redirected to the vaccination registration page, where you have to choose one photo ID proof. 
  6. Fill up your name, age, and gender with an identity document.
  7. Click on the registration button.
  8. The resistor will show you the account details.
  9. You can add three more people with this mobile number.
  10.  Schedule your appointment.
  11. Search for the specific vaccination center by City or district of choice. You have to put in the pin code. 
  12. Date and availability will be displayed on your screen. 
  13. Click on the book button. 
  14. You will receive a message regarding the confirmation details at the vaccination center. 

Presently, the State decided that the vaccines will be sold at either 400 INR or 600 INR to the state hospitals. Privatized values have been staked at a higher number. Although the vaccines might be free from the central government, possibly you have to face some basic issues while filling out the form and getting the vaccination drive.
