There have been several developments in the Lakhimpur Kheri incident. According to the news which has been received till now, police have detained Ashish Mishra, the son of the Union Minister, for three days in the Lakhimpur violence case. The opposition parties have continued to speak up against the central government and its role in this case. The farmers have declared that no politicians of any kind will be allowed in the prayer meeting. The prayers will be held for the families of the deceased.

The Custodial Presence Of Ashish Mishra
The police have informed the farmers that they have asked for 14 days of custody for Ashish Mishra. The case of Lakhimpur violence will not be that easy for the police to handle. There are several areas in which the opposition parties have already taken a lead. The police will be taking Ashish Mishra in detention from 12th October to 15th October. Ashish was arrested within 12 hours of the event. He has demanded that his lawyers must be present with him during the interrogation process.
Involvement Of Ashish Mishra In Lakhimpur Violence
Ashish Mishra has been accused of running over protesting farmers in Lakhimpur Kheri. It has been informed that BJP workers along with their driver had also been killed in this event. The farmers who are protesting against the farm laws and the death of 4 farmers have announced that they will not be allowing any political figures in the prayer ceremony.
