It seems that the controversies related to the NEET medical exam are not ending anytime soon. After the news of students committing suicide right after the exam, there has been a major scandal about a coaching center in Maharashtra. According to the news which has been received till now, a coaching center had promised to provide proxies for every student in exchange for Rs 50 lakhs per individual.
The news has come amidst the situation of uproar about the suicide of students following the exams. The entrance exam is, no doubt, one of the most difficult ones to crack. However, the evidence of this crime indicates the massive difference in status which lies between each student.
Complaints Against The Maharashtra-Based Coaching Center
A coaching center that is based mostly in Maharashtra has been charged with the scandal of providing proxies for the students, Director Parimal Kotpalliwar and his students have been accused of this major crime by the CBI. The information sources have revealed that Kotpalliwar had solicited Rs 50 lakhs for each student who wanted their proxies to write the exam in order to get seats in the NEET medical exam.
Earlier, there had been news about the students taking their lives in different parts of the country as they were not satisfied with their performance in the NEET medical exam. This has led to the question on whether any exam is worth the life of the students. Many of the states are trying to move their notions about the return of the state entrance system. The demand has been made in light of the fact that the marginalized students always get the short end of the stick due to lack of resources.

Scam In The NEET Medical Exam
The scam which was carried out in the coaching center is quite serious. Copies of the Aadhaar cards were morphed in order to match the description of the proxies. Suspicions regarding manipulation of answer keys are also being raised against this coaching center.
