Delhi Environment Ministry Announces Ban Of Trucks & Tempos W/O CNG

There have been many changes in the environmental conditions of Delhi and the government is trying to improve the conditions as soon as possible. The capital city has been suffering from grappling conditions of high pollution over the last few weeks. The residual smoke from the burning crops from the nearby states and the actual issue of car emissions have created a huge amount of pollution in the national capital. The Delhi environment ministry has informed that only those trucks and tempos which use Compressed Natural Gas or CNG will be allowed inside the premises of Delhi.

Bans By Delhi Environment Ministry

The Delhi environment ministry has informed that they will be banning the entry of most trucks and tempos inside the national capital from 27th November. The ban has been placed on the vehicles till 3rd December. The final decision has been taken after consulting with the senior officials in the ministry.

The offline classes have been banned for now because of the high levels of pollution in the city. The classes are supposed to resume from 29th November. The government offices will reopen on the same day as well. Special buses will be deployed so that they do not suffer from traveling through the public transport mediums.

Necessity Of The Ban

The Delhi government has also placed some bans on the construction works over the last few days. The Delhi environment ministry has informed that they expect betterment in the air quality when these activities are reduced. The closure of the educational institutions has shown a massive change in the study pattern of the students. This must be resumed as early as possible.
