With big duties comes wonderful power. The Ministry of Transport has now eased out the obtaining of a driving license. As per the Driving License new rules, people no longer want to go to the Regional Transportation Office (RTO) or wait in a queue. The new policies on driving licenses will be in function from July 1, 2022.

Under these new rules, the simplest personal using facilities are to be operated, both through the state and central authorities. These facilities could be legitimate for 5 years after which they ought to be renewed once more to continue.
The Union Ministry of Roads and Motorways has new policies for acquiring a new driving license. Here are some new Driving License new rules which have been modified for acquiring a driving license:
1. No Need To Take A Test To Attain A Renewed License
According to the Department of Roads and Transport, one has to pass a driving test from RTO which was a hectic job but as per the Driving License new rules, through any certified school in the state now there is no need to get it from the RTO office.

2. Rules To Open A Personal Using Education Middle
According to the Driving License new rules, there should be a minimum of 1 acre of land available for two and four-wheeler training centers and 2 acres of land for heavy vehicle training.
- The private driving training center should have a stimulator and a test track.
- The trainer should have a diploma and a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
- The center must have information about technology and a biometric system.
- The center should operate high-quality driving track tests following the transport authority’s curriculum.
- Light vehicle training will last 29 hours and must be completed within four weeks of beginning.
- For medium and heavy motor vehicles, training should last 38 hours and must be completed within 6 weeks. (8 hours of theory and 31 hours of practical).

Documents Required
Apart from the rules, there may be a requirement for certain documents for obtaining the license. According to the new rules for obtaining a driving license, the Documents required to use a license are:
- Proof of age (delivery certificates/passport/PAN card etc)
- Address Proof (Ration card/passport/Aadhaar card etc)
- A passport-length photo of four Application forms (Forms 1 and 1A are used as clinical certificates)
