The FIR was filed under section 295A of the IPC section. It has been mentioned that Kangana Ranaut has tried to bring a hurting image to the religious sentiments of the Sikh community.
The Mumbai police have taken the complaint very seriously. Kangana Ranaut has been spotted making lewd comments about most of the communities of India for a very long time. This might finally come to an end if the FIR action takes place.
