1. World Milk Day – 1^st June

One of the most important days in June is 1^st June. On this day, the world celebrated global milk day. Established in the year 2001, World Milk day honors the contribution of the dairy sector to the development of the economy. 

2. International Day For Sex Workers – 2^nd June

Observed globally on 2^nd June, International Sex workers day is celebrated to honor the plight of the sex workers in the Sant-Nizier Church in Lyon, France in the year 1975. 

3. World Bicycle Day – 3^rd June

One of the important days in June is June 3. This day marks the celebration of World Bicycle Day. Conceptualized at the Earth Summit Conference of Rio de Janeiro in 1992, World Oceans day celebrates the importance of oceans in society and urges people to take charge to reduce ocean pollution and destruction.

11. International Yoga Day – 21^st June

To raise awareness among the public to perform more yoga to achieve overall holistic health and serve as an asset to the nation, International Yoga Day is celebrated worldwide on the 21^st of June. 

12. Olympic Day Run – 23^rd June

23^rd June marks the celebration of the formation of the IOC, the International Olympic Committee in the year 1894. Besides, the day also urges the public to participate more in sports. 

13. World Asteroid Day – 30^th June

Founded by Stephen Hawking, the day marks the anniversary celebration of the Tunguska event, the biggest asteroid hit event on the earth in the year 1908. The UN General Assembly declared the World Asteroid day as an international Event.
