India has finally decided to give a befitting answer to the Game of Thrones, by creating its own royalty-inspired show, The empire. The trailer is already out on Disney Plus Hotstar and it is an absolute treat to the eyes. The trailer is of two minutes and stars Kunal Kapur as the Mughal emperor, Zahir ud-Din Muhammad Babur. The series will be covering his epic battles against the enemies at the borders of his kingdom. The huge armies which have been deployed by the king in order to save his dynasty and the lives of the royal family have also been captured perfectly in the trailer.

What We Know About The Empire Till Now
As far as we can see, the series will be a complete package with a gripping narrative and extravagant set designs for the viewers. The action sequences look impressive, and they have been shot in different parts of India. There have been rumors that some of the scenes have been shot in Uzbekistan as well. The Empire has shown that an Indian series can have elaborate sets with wonderful landscapes as well. The series has 8 episodes in the first season. The story is based on Empire of the Moghul: Raiders from the North, by Alex Rutherford.

The Wonderful Cast Of The Empire
The entire series promises a great start to the outlook of Indian history with a touch of fantasy. There are some great cast members, like Shabana Azmi, Kunal Kapur and Aaditya Seal. It seems that this will be the perfect show for the viewers who wish to see a glimpse of the real history, with some scandalous touch for entertainment. India has not been able to create a perfect epic story for the OTT platform yet. The Empire might be the way into this future of better graphics and designs. Other than this, there will be some stars who will be brought into the limelight for the first time with this series.
