The Supreme Court that mandated the NEET Counseling for 2021-22, has stated that they will be reserving 27% of the seats for the Other Backward Classes and 10% for the economically backward classes. This has led to some issues among the students who belong to Unreserved Category.
The government has announced that the medical admissions of this year will continue in a full-fledged manner in the upcoming times. There have been some criteria that have been set for the people to get the quota in the medical services. 27% of the reservations will be held up for the OBCs at the moment because of the severe barriers that they have faced in their careers.
Seat Validation In NEET Counseling For 2021-22
The decisions have been made by the Supreme Court and the interim order has been noted by the authorities till now. Justice Chandrachud had been behind the entire decision, and while pronouncing the judgment, he has stated that this decision was important to uphold the sanctity of the constitution in the examination decisions as well.

Regular Sessions Of the Counseling Session
It was taking a huge amount of time for the Supreme Court to come to a decision related to NEET Counseling 2021. The doctors who had appeared for the exam had been facing a huge amount of stress during this period as well.
The Supreme Court decided that the reservations were necessary in light of the present condition of India. It is to be seen whether the nation is ready to get these details in the regular session of the counseling. We have to wait and see whether the entire saga works out or not. It is a relief that the counseling has been started for doctors to renew their services.
