Zomato IPO And Prices

Zomato has made a public offering of 9,375 crores INR out of which 375 crores INR is an Offer For Sale or OFS for its largest shareholder in the market, Info Edge India Limited. The other 9000 crore INR is comprised of the fresh issuance of equity shares in the market.

65 lakh of the total equity shares have been reserved completely for the employees. The subscription will be opening from 14th July to 16th July in the market. The expectations of subscription are quite high since Zomato is a very popular food delivery company with perfect work ethics.

Zomato Price Band

The price band of Zomato IPO has been stated to be 72-76 per equity share. It was decided by the marketing and merchant bankers who are associated with Zomato.  Investors can easily subscribe to the minimum values of 195 equity shares. It can be increased later if the buyer decides to make changes in the system.

75% of the total offering has been fixed for the institutionalized buyers, the next 10% is reserved for the retail investors, and the last 15% is saved solely for the non-institutional investors in the market. The banks which will be entering into this deal include Kotak Mahindra, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup Global. Zomato IPO will be going a long way into the investors and their choices.
