As a result, you and trendingreader.com expressly agree that any conflicts, claims, or other matters arising from or relating to your use of this Website or any Content, documents, software, or other materials will be governed by the laws of the State and Indian laws. 

You and trendingreader.com both agree that Company Affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Section, and that “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to both trendingreader.com and Company Affiliates for the purposes of this Section.

YOU AND WE ALSO AGREE TO ARBITRATE IN EACH OF YOUR AND OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITIES ONLY, NOT AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER OF A CLASS, AND YOU AND WE EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO COMMENCE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR SEEK RELIEF ON A CLASS BASIS AND, WHERE APPLICABLE, YOU AND WE ALSO AGREE TO OPT OUT OF ANY SUCH CLASS PROCEEDING.

You and we agree to keep the arbitration process secret, and you and we agree not to reveal the fact of the arbitration, any documentation exchanged, the proceedings, the arbitrator’s decision, or the nature or value of any award, unless it is necessary to prepare for or conduct the arbitration (in which case anyone being privy to confidential information would agree to keep it confidential).

TERMINATION

Until terminated or cancelled for any of the following reasons, this User Agreement and the licence rights granted hereunder will remain in full force and effect: 

1. for any unwanted access or use by you, trendingreader.com will notify you immediately. 
2. immediately by trendingreader.com if you delegate or transfer (or threaten to assign or transfer) any rights given to you under this Agreement; 
3. immediately by trendingreader.com if you breach any of this User Agreement’s other terms and conditions. 

Any privilege or relief to which trendingreader.com may be entitled, at statute or in equity, shall not be affected by the termination or cancellation of this Agreement. All rights given to you will expire and return to News18.c if this User Agreement is terminated.

JURISDICTION

The terms of this contract are solely dependent on and governed by Indian law. In all disputes arising from or relating to the use of this site, you hereby agree to the exclusive supremacy and venue of the courts in New Delhi, India. Any authority that does not bring clarity to all provisions of this agreement and conditions, including without restriction this paragraph, is prohibited from using this website.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Use set out your entire understanding and agreement with trendingreader.com about this website, and they supersede any and all previous or contemporaneous understandings pertaining to this website and your use of it.
