The Kartavya Path is the recently christened range from the Rashtrapati Bhawan to the India Gate. It also displays the 28-foot Netaji Subash Chandra Bose statue. Kartavya Path Inauguration On Thursday (8 September 2022)
Narendra Modi, Prime Minister will arrive at the venue at 7:00 P.M near the statue of Chandra Bose where he will pay his respect. Followed by a walk around 7:13 to the Indian Gate. After reaching the stepped garden he will watch the NDMC children’s performance at 7:17.
Prime Minister will inaugurate the Kartavya Path at 7:30 P.M. After which Hardeep Singh Puri, Union Minister for Urban Affairs and Housing will continue with the welcome remark that is scheduled at 7:45. A song from 1947, Subhmangal Gaan which is about Bharat Mata will be played around 7:50 P.M. And finally, at 8:00 P.M, the visual audio of “Kartavya Path – Before and After” will be launched.

Information About Kartavya Path
Rajpath, now known as Kartavya Path, is a beautiful pathway spreading across one lakh square meters. Kartavya Path is said to have numerous light poles, trees, stepped gardens, and modern signages.
There have been several changes made to the Rajpath including an exclusive red granite pathway spreading throughout the space and it also replaces the bajri sand which was in place earlier. Around 1,500 manholes have been replaced and concrete bollards are also installed.
