Maurice Fleuret, the French Director of Music and Dance, introduced the concept of World Music Day in 1981. The musical concerts are not representatives of any kind of special culture. Can’t Stop The Feeling
It has been found that more than 130 countries have always come together to celebrate World Music Day with their neighbors.
