The 3rd Match Of South Africa Versus West Indies Series
In the third match of the game, Kieron Pollard had led the South African batting lineup. The team scored 167 runs in total. Although the score seems to be quite less, West Indies have been able to chase a score of 160 plus only twice in the last eleven matches. This had already put them in a tough spot.
South Africa was not quite happy with the way their batting had turned out in this match. The batsmen of the middle order really reduced the flow of their game. Tabraiz Shamsi had provided the most economical effort of his professional career in this match. West Indies seemed to be on a good run. They had made 96 runs at 3 wickets, which projected that they might meet the target within the given number of balls. However, West Indies did have its problem in the middle. Holder could not do as well as he was expected to. He took on after Linde and Markram. For the very first time, he was placed in the third position to bat. Sadly, he could perform to the expectations of the fans.
