What Molded Indra Nooyi Into A Woman Of Success!
Before the release of her book, she was interviewed about her upbringing, family, education, and city. Born in a Tamilian South Indian family that focused on education, she always strived to do her best. It was due to this strict upbringing and the influence from her surroundings that she was able to reach the peak of success.

While speaking about politics, she said that she is not a political person as she does not have that level of patience. She is a corporate woman who strives to complete a project then and there and then looks for the next project. She wants to move quickly but with great efficiency and accuracy.
Life After Reaching The Peak Of Success
Indra Nooyi said in her interview that she is looking for a happy stress-free life and does not want anything else for now. She recalls the times when she faced many racist comments, but this didn’t stop this strong woman, and this was shown by the way she spoke about it.
She stated that “You can feel it. Sometimes people make snide remarks, or they treat you differently because you are so different, but that is inevitable. I made a choice to come to a country where people were very different from me. And I tried to fit in as much as I could, but I also kept my individuality. As long as the majority of people were welcoming and worked well with me, I never let the 10-15 percent define the other 85-90 percent.”
Indra Nooyi always looked at her life positively, and besides those snarky remarks, she believes that it could only be possible in the US, that a person from different ethnicity, place, and culture would be able to become the CEO of one of the most highly valued companies.
