Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan had been arrested with eight other people under the charges of drug possession and purchase by the Narcotics Control Bureau or NCB. A raid was organized at a rave party where drugs were confiscated. Medical examinations have been conducted and the eight people were presented in front of the court on 4^th October. He was presented in front of a magistrate court on 3^rd October. The magistrate court had determined that he had to stay in custody under NCB. Following this, the 23 years old star kid was put under custody along with his friends who were arrested in the same event.

Statement Given By Aryan Khan’s Lawyer

Satish Maneshinde is the lawyer of Aryan Khan. He has already filed the bail application for Aryan Khan on 4^th October. In that is stated that the 23-year-old was invited to a party at the cruise ship. He did not have any kind of boarding pass to the event. He also did not have a seat in the cabin on the cruise ship where the rave party had been organized. No drugs have been found in his possession and he was not found to be consuming drugs as well. He has been arrested only on the basis of the chats which have been found on his mobile.

Suspicion Of NCB Officials

It is suspected by the NCB officers that the cruise ship which was supposed to go to Goa had a larger connection with drugs. The NCB officials had gone undercover on the cruise ship. It was here that they found Aryan Khan and his friends with a huge amount of drugs on the ship. They had confiscated about 13 gm of cocaine, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA, and about 5 gm of mephedrone. The accusations against Aryan Khan and his friends are quite serious.
