Actor Kangana Ranaut, an active voice, who always spoke up for the Central Government, faced a major backlash last Tuesday. Her account has been permanently deleted from the Twitter platform because of her posts on poll violence in West Bengal. Ranaut called upon the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi to show his “Virat roop” from 2001 to “tame” the chief minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee.

Violence had broken out in West Bengal following Mamta Banerjee’s win in the state assembly elections. BJP officers have been ransacked in several places in Kolkata and neighboring villages. The central government has already asked for a report from government officials. A new trend has begun on Twitter which contains the violence in Bengal as communal violence. Kangana Ranaut has filed this fake accusation to a great extent with her posts about “Rohingyas” and “Bengali Muslims”. Previously Kangana’s tweets on farmers’ protest have also been very derogatory. This was countered by Diljit Dosanjh.

The account of actor Kangana Ranaut had violated the Twitter rules related to the Hateful Conduct policy and Abusive Behaviour policy. The necessary turns have been used judiciously and impartially to meet the needs of others on the same platform.

Neither of the events seems to dampen the enthusiasm of Kangana Ranaut. Kangana has continued her statements on platforms like Instagram and other sources. She stated that Americans founded Twitter and, according to her, white people will always come in discriminated against the brown. She also stated that she will continue to raise her voice against whatever she thinks is wrong. Even if she is stopped on the social media platform, she promises to counter it with cinema and art.
